Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% satisfaction for all Long John Silver’s guests
• Greet and positively engage guests
• Accurately accept the guests' orders and process payment
• Prepare every order exactly as guest requested, with high quality products, quickly
• Resolve customer concerns promptly using BAM! and ensure guest happiness
• Keep service area stocked, dining room tables and floors clean, restrooms restocked
• Start shift with a positive attitude and contribute to restaurant success
• Treat all guests and team members with respect
• Maintain food safety through proper handling and storage of ingredients
• Follow preparation procedures and cooking methods to produce high quality products
• Provide bell-ringing quality service and taste experience
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment for guests and team members
• Practice a clean-as-you-go mentality to keep interior and exterior in excellent condition
• Create an environment that encourages guests to return
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
