Responsibilities

• Ensures 100% satisfaction for all LJS guests.
• Greet and positively engage guests.
• Accurately take guests' orders and process payment.
• Prepare every order exactly as requested with the highest quality product, quickly.
• Resolve customer concerns immediately using BAM! and leave guests happy.
• Keep service area, dining tables, floors clean, restrooms stocked and cleaned.
• Arrive on shift with a positive attitude and contribute to restaurant success.
• Treat all guests and team members with respect.
• Ensure ingredients are stored, handled, and prepared with care for safety and satisfaction.
• Follow procedures to produce high quality products, including shortening management.
• Provide bell-ringing quality service and tasting experiences to every guest.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming work area for guests and team.
