Responsabilidades

• Ensures 100% satisfaction for all guests.
• Greet and positively engage guests.
• Accurately take orders and process payments.
• Prepare orders to guest specifications with high quality and speed.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly using BAM and leave guests satisfied.
• Keep service area, dining area, and restrooms clean and stocked.
