Job summary

Del Taco is seeking Team Members to be at their best and create an outstanding guest experience in our Las Vegas area restaurants. Our Team Members help build a culture that is exciting, optimistic, and rewarding, while ensuring quality and safety in service.

You will learn menu items, operate the POS system, assist with food prep, maintain cleanliness, and follow all store policies. Must be 16 or older, may require a Food Handler certificate, and be able to stand for long shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask with effective follow-through.
• General knowledge of computers and POS systems.
• Ability to perform basic math and cash handling.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality, guest service, safety, cleanliness and product prep.
• Exhibits cheerful and helpful manner.
• Explains menu items accurately to guests.
• Operates POS to record orders and collect payment.
• Follows food handling, safety and sanitation standards.
• Adheres to company policies and procedures.
• Makes recommendations to improve restaurant operations.
• Maintains professional appearance and grooming.
• Keeps all areas of restaurant clean and presentable.
