Job summary

Dash In Midlothian, VA is seeking a Guest Experience Team Member to deliver friendly, efficient service in our busy 24/7 store. You’ll help guests, stock shelves, keep the store clean, and support the team to ensure an exceptional visit for every guest.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, retail or guest-service experience, flexibility to work various shifts, and are authorized to work in the United States. Training includes ServSafe and POS software familiarity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or ability to complete GED program)
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred)
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening
• Active ServSafe certification, or a similar qualification
• Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software

Responsibilities

• Deliver Outstanding Service: Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions, and project a positive image of Dash In.
• Keep Things Stocked: Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized and accessible.
• Maintain a Pristine Store: Sweep, mop, and clean both the interior and exterior, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas.
• Support the Team: Step in where needed, from cashiering to porter services, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle Cash with Care: Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording.
