Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• Background check required; job offers are contingent upon results.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every guest is delighted by the quality of food, service, and staff
• Build engaging relationships that lead to long‑term, loyal guests
• Lead, manage, and develop team members through coaching, inspiration, and motivation to exceed sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest experience goals
