Responsibilities include interviewing staff, ensuring food safety training, and building a warm, inclusive culture. The role requires flexibility for nights/weekends in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
