Responsibilities
- Ensure every guest is delighted by the quality of food, service, and staff
- Build engaging relationships that lead to long‑term, loyal guests
- Lead, manage, and develop team members through coaching, inspiration, and motivation to exceed sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest experience goals
- Celebrate team achievements and progress
- Participate in the interviewing and selection process
- Train the team in food safety standards and ensure ongoing compliance
- Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust
- Manage flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities
- Carry out regular shift leadership duties such as meeting sales targets and maintaining operational standards
Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18 years
- 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
- Proven ability to lead shifts while directing, motivating, coaching, and developing others
- ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification)
- Background check required; job offers are contingent upon results
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 25 pounds
- Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours
- Must clearly communicate and understand directions in a loud environment
