Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Team Manager in the United States to lead daily bakery-cafe operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and support a high-energy team on shift.

You will coach, motivate and develop team members, maintain quality standards, manage scheduling, and participate in hiring to build a caring, efficient store culture. This role requires flexibility, ServSafe knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while upholding Panera's Guiding Values.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• 1+ years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).

Responsibilities

• Delight guests with the quality of our food, service, and staff.
• Lead, coach and develop team members to exceed goals in sales, speed, order accuracy and guest experience.
• Participate in the interviewing and selection process.
• Train the team in food safety standards and ensure they are maintained.
