Job summary

CAVA - Pearland is seeking Team Leaders to bring our mission, values, and guest-focused service to life in our restaurant. TLs partner with the General Managers to lead daily operations, coach team members, maintain standards, and ensure a positive work environment while delivering on our commitments to guests.

You will delegate routines, support training, handle opening/closing duties, inventory and cash handling, and uphold food safety practices.

Qualifications

• Hospitality-focused leadership and coaching experience.
• Ability to coach and develop Team Members across shifts.
• Experience supporting opening/closing duties, inventory, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations in partnership with GMs/AGMs.
• Promote a positive work environment and guest experience.
• Delegate routines and tasks to team members while ensuring standards.
• Support food safety initiatives and cleanliness standards.
• Model decision making and resolve issues that arise.
• Support deployment practices on scheduled shifts to ensure service levels.
