Job summary

Tupelo Honey is hiring in Raleigh to join our hospitality team. You will help deliver an outstanding guest experience, keep dining areas clean, and support servers to ensure smooth service.

Previous restaurant exposure is helpful, but not required. You must be able to stand long hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and communicate clearly with staff and guests. Compensation details are discussed during the interview process.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Able to communicate and understand guests' language.
• Able to stand for long shifts (up to 8 hours).
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Able to perform in a high-volume restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Treat all guests as valued and welcome them warmly.
• Execute management directives throughout the shift.
• Maintain a clean dining area and assist servers with guest requests.
• Stock and clean areas; reset tables quickly between seatings.
• Deliver food, keep beverages stocked, and thank guests upon departure.
