Under Canvas Inc. is seeking a seasonal Guest Experience Coordinator Supervisor to engage with guests, craft extraordinary outdoor experiences, and act as a brand ambassador. This hourly role offers optional team member housing for the duration of employment and requires collaboration across departments to ensure memorable stays.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in guest-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership via team management, delegation and prioritization.
• Coordinate tasks across Guest Experience, Front Desk, Adventures, F&B, and Groups.
• Welcome guests, confirm on-site activities and set the tone for their stay.
• Share local activity recommendations and knowledge with guests.
