Job summary

Under Canvas is recruiting a Guest Experience Coordinator Supervisor for seasonal work in West Yellowstone, MT. The role is hourly, with the option of team member housing during employment.

You will engage guests, create extraordinary outdoor experiences, and act as a brand ambassador for Under Canvas. The position emphasizes cross-department collaboration across Guest Experience, Front Desk, Adventures, and other areas, with a focus on delivering memorable activities and events in outdoor

Qualifications

• Experience in guest interaction within resorts, hotels, or hospitality environments.
• Service-minded with a passion for guest service experience.
• Genuine, outgoing, friendly and dynamic team player.
• Teamwork and adaptability in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop guest-experience initiatives, delegating tasks and guiding the team.
• Coordinate cross-department activities across Guest Experience, Front Desk, Adventures, Food & Beverage and Groups.
• Welcome guests on arrival, confirm activities, and set the tone for their stay.
• Share local knowledge and recommendations for activities and attractions.
• Anticipate workflow and delegate tasks to the Guest Experience team as needed.
• Build relationships with third-party vendors for off-site activities.
• Participate in weekly calls to coordinate with Adventures and resolve issues.
• Manage on-site events and ensure high guest satisfaction.
• Oversee budget and cost controls for on-site activities.
• Support headquarters with resources and leads for growth.
• Conduct on-site activities (stargazing, nature walks, yoga, live music).
• Ensure events and programs are well attended and valued.
