Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two years of experience in guest-facing roles within resorts, hotels, or hospitality environments.
• Service-minded with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Genuine, outgoing, friendly, and dynamic.
• Enthusiasm for sharing knowledge of local attractions, landmarks, activities, history, and culture.
• Strong teamwork and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist other employees in the department.
• Coordinate with guests and teams to deliver on-site activities.
• Welcome guests and set the tone for their stay.
• Conduct on-site activities like stargazing, nature walks, and live events.
• Communicate priority updates to supervisors.
• Maintain high standards of camp operations.
