Parkland Health is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to oversee daily operations at the Main Hospital Building, 1st Floor, ensuring welcoming and informative visitor experiences. The role emphasizes staff supervision, training, and high-quality customer service within a diverse patient population.

The ideal candidate will have several years of healthcare or hospitality experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to handle emotionally charged situations with care.

Qualificações

• Six years of experience in a healthcare or customer service environment.
• Two years of experience in a hospitality environment.
• May have an equivalent combination of education and experience to substitute for the experience requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees the day-to-day operations of assigned Guest Services shift to ensure the program operates effectively and efficiently, with a focus on customer service.
• Selects, trains, schedules, motivates, supervises, and evaluates employees to ensure maximum utilization and service delivery.
• Seeks to understand the unique needs of internal and external customers and tailor responses in a culturally competent manner.
• Compiles reports on staff productivity and program activities, maintaining data in spreadsheets/databases and preparing reports.
• Prepares shift turnover reports to help the next shift deliver outstanding customer service.
• Maintains knowledge of applicable rules and guidelines to ensure adherence with laws and accreditation requirements.
• Serves as a back-up for all Guest Services shifts to ensure continuous service.
