Qualifications

• High school degree preferred.
• Six years of experience in a healthcare or customer service environment.
• Two years of experience in a hospitality environment.
• Preference for experience in a patient navigation environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Guest Services shift, ensuring friendly greetings and directions for visitors and patients.
• Select, train, schedule, motivate, supervise, and evaluate staff to maximize performance and knowledge growth.
• Understand internal and external customer needs and respond with culturally competent Guest Services support.
• Compile reports on staff productivity, program needs and activities; maintain productivity data in spreadsheets/databases.
• Prepare shift turnover reports to aid the next shift in delivering consistent service.
• Identify workflow improvements to boost effectiveness, productivity and efficiency across Guest Services.
• Stay updated on industry developments and apply best practices to the department.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable laws and guidelines and develop controls to ensure compliance.
