Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years progressive hotel or related experience requested.
• College coursework in related field is a plus.
• Supervisory responsibility preferred.
• Valid driver's license required in applicable state.
• Willingness to work long hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Guest Services Manager and Assistant Guest Services Manager.
• Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests.
• Manage reservations, rate quotes, VIP requests, and logs.
• Operate front desk systems and communicate effectively with departments.
• Oversee check-in/out procedures and room status reporting.
• Uphold hotel credit policies and safety procedures.
• Train and cross-train new hires; support team productivity.
