Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor at Courtyard Roseville Galleria Mall/Creekside Ridge in Roseville, CA. This hourly, full-time role supports the Guest Services Manager to provide attentive service, maximize occupancy, and manage reservations.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in hospitality, capable communication, and supervisory experience. A valid driver’s license and flexibility for long hours are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2–3 years of progressive hotel or related experience.
• College coursework in related field is helpful.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Guest Services Manager and Assistant Guest Services Manager while delivering attentive, courteous service.
• Maximize room revenue and occupancy.
• Handle room reservations, rate quotes, and VIP requests.
• Monitor front desk operations and knowledge of rates, packages, and promotions.
• Ensure timely logging and delivery of messages, packages, and mail.
• Maintain proper operation of the PBX console and departmental standards.
