Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete registration and manage room/key coding and printer of welcome materials.
• Handle cash, balance house bank, and post charges to guest rooms.
• Resolve guest issues through thorough research and effective solutions.
• Communicate clearly to staff and maintain attendance and punctuality.
