Experience in hotel front office operations is essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work a fast-paced environment in a hotel setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations to ensure high-quality service.
• Train and coach front desk team members.

• Handle cash transactions according to policy.
• Answer inquiries and upsell room nights to increase occupancy.
• Maintain guest relations with timely, knowledgeable responses.
• Operate PBX and manage wake-up calls.
• Maintain accurate hotel records and paperwork.
