Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise store operations and ensure excellent customer service at our locations. This role supports managers and helps keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, capable of teamwork, and able to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Pay starts between $14.95–$22.22 per hour with weekend pay benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous retail operations experience or working knowledge.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture.
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team with diverse levels of staff and customers.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Background check is required.
