Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a Guest Relations Supervisor at Mountain View Grand Resort & Spa in Whitefield, New Hampshire. This full-time role leads guest services, coordinates front desk operations, and ensures exceptional guest experiences in a luxury resort setting.

• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times; anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
• Assign duties to staff for efficient department operation.
• Assist in training new associates and cross-training existing staff.
• Assist in interviewing and hiring new associates for the department.
• Promote teamwork and associate morale; treat people with respect.
• Maintain familiarity with emergency procedures and assist as needed.
• Monitor daily status of rooms, rates, and packages; coordinate blocking and check-in readiness.
• Pre-register guests according to standards and manage staff schedules.
• Monitor VIP arrivals and communicate maintenance issues as needed.
• Interact positively with guests to resolve issues and uphold EEO and Fair Labor Standards guidelines.
