Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality guest service at all times and anticipate guest needs.
• Assign duties to staff for efficient department operation.
• Assist in training and coaching associates.
• Assist in interviewing and hiring for the department.
• Promote teamwork and maintain staff morale with respectful interactions.
• Know emergency procedures and assist as needed.
• Monitor room status, rates, and package availability.
• Pre-register guests according to standards and ensure accuracy.
• Manage staff schedules and monitor VIP arrivals.
• Communicate maintenance needs to facilities.
