Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor at North Charleston Residence Inn to oversee daily front desk operations, ensure smooth guest check-ins/check-outs, and lead a team of front desk associates. This role emphasizes outstanding guest service, leadership, and adherence to brand standards in a busy hotel environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, organizational skills, and comfort with hotel systems.

Qualifications

• Customer service and leadership experience in a hospitality setting.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with guests, staff and departments.
• Detail-oriented and organized handling shift reports and guest requests.
• Tech confidence with hotel systems, emails and reporting.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods during shifts.

• Supervise daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and everything in between.
• Coach, train, and motivate front desk associates—you're the team’s go-to guru.
• Handle guest concerns with grace, urgency, and a can-do attitude that sets the tone.
• Monitor cash handling, shift reports, and compliance with brand and safety standards.
• Jump in wherever needed—whether that’s answering phones, updating the reader board, or helping with VIP arrivals.
