Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor in Lyndon, VT. The role focuses on supervising staff, coaching, and ensuring a high-quality guest experience while maintaining cash handling and store operations according to company policies.

You will support all guest service programs, manage cash processes, and ensure product replenishment and housekeeping standards are met, including flexible hours and physical requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure tasks are performed per management directives.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain proper cash levels.
• Ensure all store housekeeping tasks are completed.
• Ensure the 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
• Responsible for cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors according to guidelines.
