• Performs all duties of a Guest Services Representative.
• Registers and processes guests upon arrival and departure.
• Provides exceptional guest service to all hotel guests.
• Uses telephone courtesy and professionalism.
• Assists in supervising the guest services department with recruitment, orientation, training and scheduling.
• Maximizes revenue and occupancy through selling techniques.
• Maintains knowledge of hotel services and local area.
• Reviews and approves billing accounts and department reporting.
• Maintains clean and professional appearance of public areas and hotel office.
• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
