Job summary

SHERATON DALLAS HOTEL BY THE GALLERIA is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead front desk operations and ensure top-tier guest service. The role requires coordinating registration, providing information on local attractions, and guiding staff across shifts in a 24/7 hotel environment.

The supervisor will train new agents, monitor attendance, and uphold brand standards while managing guest accounts and payments. A dynamic hospitality setting offers room for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom may require high levels of patience and diplomacy.
• Two years combined front desk and supervisor experience.
• Ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome and provide accurate information.
• Input and retrieve guest information, assign rooms, and manage keys and charges.
• Oversee check-in/check-out processes and resolve guest issues with appropriate solutions.
• Train new agents on daily duties and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Monitor time and attendance and enforce attendance policies.
