Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Sales Teammate to support the mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. You will engage guests, assist with product selection, and process transactions while maintaining the store’s appearance and standards.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, knowledge sharing on promotions, operating POS, and supporting inventory and loss-prevention practices. The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and delivering legendary service daily.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Knowledge of Buckle policies and loss prevention.
• Excellent guest service and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service.
• Assist guests with product selection and fitting needs.
• Process checkout and bag purchases.
• Maintain and display merchandise and keep the store clean and organized.
• Open/close cash registers and balance drawers.
• Follow Loss Prevention guidelines and security procedures.
• Support store leadership in executing the sales plan.
