Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales Teammate to greet Guests, answer questions, help locate merchandise, and provide legendary service across the sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout area.

You will support daily operations including cashiering, visual merchandising, stock rotation, and adherence to loss prevention guidelines, while contributing to a positive team culture and guest loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies and exchanges.
• Open and close cash registers, balance cash drawers, and handle payments.
