Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Sales Teammate who will deliver the brand’s mission by giving guests an enjoyable shopping experience. You’ll engage customers, answer questions, and help locate merchandise while maintaining store standards and policies.

The role emphasizes personal sales, teamwork, and guest loyalty programs. You’ll also support merchandising tasks, participate in loss prevention, and operate the sales floor, fitting rooms, and registers.

Responsibilities
