Job summary

Global Partners LP seeks a Guest Service Associate to elevate the guest experience and support store operations. You will greet guests, operate the POS, and maintain orderly stores, while contributing to a safe and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly guest service and assisting customers in a retail environment.
• Ability to operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Awareness of safety guidelines and store policies to ensure a safe shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale in accordance with corporate standards; maintain cash levels.
• Complete store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies to keep in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management; check in vendors as needed.
• Support onboarding and training for new hires in the store.
