Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to enhance guest experience and support store operations. You will greet guests, run the POS, maintain safety and cleanliness, and ensure in-stock conditions while assisting with vendor coordination and onboarding.

The role requires flexibility, reliable transportation, and the ability to work in varying temperatures. Join a team that values community and customer care.

Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures (outdoors, coolers, etc.).
• Able to climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies and procedures.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns with store management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventories and merchandising projects as assigned.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Assist GSA onboarding and training for new hires.
