Job summary

Global Partners LP is hiring a Guest Service Associate to create a welcoming shopping experience and support store operations. You will greet guests, handle POS transactions, and assist with inventory, housekeeping, and merchandising tasks while following safety and security policies.

You must be able to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Reliability, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Adhere to established safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete housekeeping and replenishment to keep in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Must be able to count, read and write accurately for paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Follow safety and security policies and store procedures.
• Perform POS transactions and manage cash handling.
• Keep store clean and stocked; support merchandising projects.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new hires as needed.
