Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to enhance guest experience and support store operations. You will greet guests, operate the register, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure products are in stock.

You will also handle vendor check-ins and merchandising tasks, while complying with safety and company policies. Flexibility in scheduling is required, along with basic computer skills and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, holidays
• Ability to perform basic computer functions
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures outside, in cooler areas
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
• Ability to access all store areas and complete paperwork accurately
• Support onboarding and training for new hires

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience
• Operate the point of sale per corporate standards
• Maintain cash, lottery, and tobacco levels
• Complete store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash)
• Replenish products and supplies to ensure in-stock conditions
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines
• Assist with gas tank inventory and merchandising projects
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives
