Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver a welcoming shopping experience and support daily store operations. You will greet guests, process sales at the POS, keep the store clean, stock shelves, and assist with vendor communications while following safety guidelines.

Flexible hours, physical capabilities, and reliable transportation are required to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to perform basic computer functions.
Must have reliable transportation.
Ability to work in varying temperatures outside and in coolers.
Ability to climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
Ability to access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies and practices.
Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
Complete store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
Replenish products and supplies to ensure in-stock conditions at all times.
Communicate guest requests and vendor-related concerns to store management.
