Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to create a top-ground guest experience while completing store tasks. The role supports a Fortune 500 company with a long-standing community focus and a commitment to safe and friendly service.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, operating the POS, keeping shelves stocked, and assisting management with vendor coordination. Flexible hours and physical tasks are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Availability for flexible hours including day, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Able to lift/carry up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store policies.
• Operate POS and manage cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Perform store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
