Job summary

RaceTrac invites motivated individuals to join as Store Associates, delivering friendly service in a fast-paced retail setting. You’ll help keep shelves stocked, assist guests at the register or self-checkout, and ensure cleanliness and safety throughout the store.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus.
• A team player who takes the initiative and enjoys working with people.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks like bending and standing.
• May be required to obtain and maintain food handler or alcohol server permits, depending on state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with guests and suggests products to enhance the guest experience.
• Rings up guests on cash register and balances cash and inventory transactions.
• Provide prompt, efficient, courteous service and resolve guest issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in store areas and restock shelves as needed.
• Keep the store organized, update signage, and assist with inventory routines.
