Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Store Associate to provide an exceptional guest experience in our fast-paced stores. You’ll help keep the store clean, stocked, and running smoothly while delivering friendly service at the register or self-checkout.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks like bending/standing.
• Team player who takes initiative and enjoys working with people.
• May require food handler or alcohol server permits depending on state/local regulations.
• Previous fast-paced, guest-focused experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience at the register or self-checkout.
• Suggest additional products to enhance guest purchases.
• Address guest concerns with urgency and involve managers as needed.
• Foster a team-oriented, respectful work environment.
• Maintain cleanliness in store and food prep areas; ensure safety regulations.
