Job summary

RaceTrac is hiring a Store Associate to join a fast-paced, guest-focused team at one of our convenient stores. You will help keep the store clean, stocked, and running smoothly while delivering exceptional guest experiences at the register or self-checkout.

The role offers flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a strong emphasis on training, development, and internal promotion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Guest-service oriented with a friendly demeanor.
• Experience in fast-paced, guest-focused environments is a plus.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and teammates with a smile, responding promptly and courteously to both.
• Be flexible and capable of working in all areas of the store, including food service, store cleaning, cash wrap, and stocking shelves/coolers.
• Prepares, handles, and serves food in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintains a clean and organized food service area, ensuring proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
• Operates the cash register and processes transactions accurately while providing excellent guest service.
• Responds to guest concerns with urgency and involves management when needed.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking to keep shelves full.
