RaceTrac is seeking a Store Associate to help keep our stores clean, stocked, and running smoothly. You’ll provide friendly service at the register or self-checkout, stock shelves, and help maintain quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bend/stand).

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with guests in a genuine manner and suggest products.
• Ring up guests on the register and balance cash and inventory transactions.
• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service; resolve guest concerns; escalate when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock shelves, restock as needed; ensure safety and quality standards.
