Job summary

RaceTrac is hiring a Store Associate to deliver outstanding guest service and help keep our stores clean, stocked, and welcoming. This role offers flexibility for part-time or full-time schedules in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

You will greet guests, operate at the register or self-checkout, restock items, and maintain store cleanliness while following safety standards. Career growth is emphasized through hands-on training and internal promotions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Experience in fast-paced, guest-focused environments is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Team player who takes initiative and enjoys working with people.

Responsibilities

• Delivering an Exceptional Guest Experience at the register or self-checkout.
• Provide friendly, prompt service and suggest additional products to guests.
• Address guest concerns with urgency and involve managers as needed.
• Foster a team-oriented, respectful work environment.
• Keep stores stocked, clean, and organized; restock shelves and displays.
• Ensure food and beverage items are available and meet quality standards.
