ALDI is seeking a store associate to join our team. You will merchandise, stock, cashier, and keep the store clean, delivering a great shopping experience with the ALDI team.

This full‑time role offers an average 30+ hours per week and starts at $20.00 per hour, with scheduled increases each year for growth and retention. Responsibilities include assisting customers, operating the POS, stocking shelves, and processing curbside orders while maintaining standards and safety.

Competenze

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate POS and cash registers.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 45 pounds and stand for long periods.

• Assist customers with merchandise and curbside pickup orders.
