Job summary

ALDI is hiring a store associate to merchandise, stock, cashier, and keep the store clean. You’ll work with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience and provide exceptional service.

This full-time role averages 30+ hours weekly with starting pay of $18.00/hr, increasing yearly through Year 5. Responsibilities include operating the POS, handling cash, stocking shelves, supporting curbside orders, and complying with all company policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment such as cash registers and POS systems.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Merchant and stock products to ensure an appealing store layout.
• Cashier and process customer purchases using the POS system.
• Maintain clean, organized shelves and store areas.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and safe vehicle delivery.
• Follow cash policies and store policies; support management.
