Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort in Palmerton, PA is seeking a punctual, detail-oriented individual to join the Slopeside team to help maintain the cleanliness of the dining areas and kitchen, providing guests with a memorable experience. Responsibilities include keeping tableware stocked, operating the dishwashing area, sanitizing prep spaces, and stepping into other roles as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware.
• Keep dishwashing equipment clean and stocked.
• Monitor dishwasher water temperature for sanitation.
• Clean and sanitize prep and work areas.
• Be available to assist other roles as directed.
• Complete all scheduled checklists and attend staff meetings.
