Beaufort SC Hilton Garden Inn is seeking a diligent Housekeeper to clean and prepare guest rooms, hallways, and public areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort. You will be part of a team that delivers a welcoming, safe, and spotless hotel experience for every guest.

The role requires a can-do attitude, reliability, and the willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, service, or consumer-facing franchise preferred.
• Can-Do Attitude: positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to Follow Guidelines: understand and follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Handle Pace and Pressure: work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
• Listening, Conflict Resolution: effective at listening to co-workers and guests, resolving issues.
• Communication Skills: convey information clearly.
• Hospitality and Guest Service: desire to serve all guests.
• Age Requirement: 18 years or older.
• Schedule and Travel: willing to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Clock-in/Out: punctuality and adherence to shifts; no working off the clock.
• Breaks: clock in/out for breaks on schedule.
• Call Outs: provide sufficient notice when calling out.

Responsabilités

• Pre-Cleaning and Stocking: complete all pre-cleaning duties including stocking room supplies and tools, attending stand-up, handling dirty linen in housekeeping laundry.
• Clean and Stock Rooms: thoroughly clean and restock the required number of guest rooms per shift.
• Additional Cleaning Projects: as assigned in storage rooms, public spaces, guest laundry, room deep cleaning, ensuring front and back of house areas are organized and clean.
