Cooper’s Hawk in Naperville, IL is seeking a Service Assistant to greet guests and support all dining-room operations, ensuring a memorable dining experience. You’ll coordinate with kitchen and other team members, keep tables stocked, and uphold service standards throughout shifts.

This role requires at least 18, a team spirit, English reading/writing, weekend flexibility, and stamina to stand up to 10 hours. Competitive pay, benefits, and discounts accompany opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Thrives in a team-based environment.
• Passion for guest service and hospitality-focused.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and some holidays.
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
• Lift up to 40 lbs. and stand up to 10 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet all Guests with hospitality and friendliness.
• Communicate with all departments to ensure a memorable guest experience.
• Adhere to service standards and food handling procedures.
• Deliver food orders to tables and for carry-out as assigned.
• Engage with Guests, answer questions about food, wine and facilities.
• Maintain knowledge of the Cooper’s Hawk menu.
• Ensure dishes are stocked and utensils are ready for service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area.
• Communicate clearly with Guests, Managers and Team Members.
• Follow checklists and SOPs for opening, mid-shift or closing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
