Cooper’s Hawk is seeking a Service Assistant to help create a positive guest experience by staging dining areas and ensuring guests have what they need for a memorable visit. You’ll greet guests, coordinate with restaurant teams, uphold service standards, deliver meals to tables and for carry-out, and maintain a clean, stocked work area.

A team-based environment, weekend availability, and English literacy are required; benefits include medical/dental, 401(k), paid time off, and growth

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Thrives in a team-based environment.
• Passion for guest service and hospitality.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and some holidays.
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk up to 10 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with hospitality and friendliness.
• Coordinate with all restaurant departments to ensure a memorable guest experience.
• Adhere to Cooper’s Hawk service standards and food handling procedures.
• Deliver food to tables and for carry-out orders.
• Engage with guests, answer questions about food, wine and facilities.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and stock levels for table service.
• Keep work area safe, clean, organized and stocked.
