Job summary

Sky Rock Sedona, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, welcomes guests with a warm, professional hospitality experience. You will handle arrival and check-in procedures, ensuring accuracy and fulfilling special requests while maintaining brand standards and exceptional communication with guests and colleagues.

As a Guest Service Representative, you will engage guests to understand expectations, promote loyalty programs, and coordinate with various hotel departments to deliver seamless service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in Hospitality or related industry.
• High School diploma or equivalency education certificate required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to speak, read, and write in the workplace language.

Responsibilities

• Welcome arriving guests and manage the arrival/check-in experience, ensuring special requests are fulfilled.
• Engage with guests to build rapport and uncover needs.
• Communicate with guests via phone or electronic channels per brand standards to ensure satisfaction.
• Promote loyalty programs and special rate packages when appropriate.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to fulfill guest expectations and resolve issues.
• Listen to guest concerns and act to improve their experience.
