Job summary

Outbound Sedona is seeking a Restaurant Host / Room Service Delivery Attendant to brighten guest experiences across the restaurant and property. You will greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and coordinate flow throughout the dining areas.

You will also prepare, deliver, and retrieve in-room food and beverage orders, moving between the restaurant, kitchen, and guest rooms while maintaining a high level of hospitality through direct guest interaction.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, hospitality, restaurant, or hotel experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally and manage reservations and seating.
• Escort guests to tables and inform them about services and menu offerings.
• Prepare, verify, and deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms.
• Ensure orders are accurate and presented to standard.
• Interact with guests during delivery and handle requests with care.
