Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to greet guests, enhance their shopping experience, and support daily store operations with a positive attitude. You will process transactions at the POS, maintain safety standards, restock shelves, and coordinate with management on guest requests while upholding the company’s long-standing commitment to customers and communities.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent guest service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist guests with product information and store policies.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth store operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate the POS system and manage cash/lottery/tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping (cleaning, dusting, sweeping).
• Restock products to ensure in-stock conditions.
