Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to greet guests, support store operations, and deliver a top-notch shopping experience. You will handle POS duties, stocking, safety and housekeeping, while assisting management with guest requests and vendor coordination.

The role requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends or holidays, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. This is a fast-paced retail environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to perform basic computer functions.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Able to work in intermittent temperatures (outdoor, cooler, etc.).
• Able to lift/carry up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operations policies.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping functions.
• Replenish products and supplies to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
